REIKA is pleased to announce another major order from a European tube mill producing seamless stainless-steel tubes. The finishing line is designed for double-sided end-cutting of precision stainless-steel tubes with lengths of up to 21 meters.
The line features an automatic tube transport system and two rotating cutting machines equipped with facing and chamfering capability. The order was placed after extensive testing of tool lifetime, cut quality, and cleanliness.
The material grades to be processed include super duplex and special alloy steels. Thanks to the clean cut, free from oil or swarf contamination, no additional tube cleaning or chemical treatment is required.
